It’s OK to pray for peace and give your baby a hug.
It’s OK to pray for peace and leave the the public posturing to the people who are called to it (and, let’s be honest, the people who aren’t).
It’s OK to pray for peace and have dinner with a friend.
It’s OK to pray for peace even if no one knows you’re doing so.
As long as we keep praying for peace.

I was stressed out the entire time I read this month’s Well-Read Mom pick, Charis in the World of Wonders by Marly Youmans (published by Ignatius Press, meaning I definitely need to check out their other fiction!)—but I decided on finishing it that it was really good.
